Guest guest
Lance, Oh, do I know how you feel! I live in the Midwest too, Ohio to be exact, and the weather has been doing a number on me since, oh, November, maybe October. Having Fibro along with a spondy, it's hard to remember specifically! There is a lot of controversy over the weather/pain connection, but my body and a lot of other bodies that I know react to changes in the weather patterns. When the barometric pressure rises or falls, when the temperature does the up and down thing like it's been doing here lately, 60 one day, 30 the next, or vice versa, I know I definitely feel the effect. Sometimes, I feel like a living weather map! Drastic weather is always bad too. I can handle hot weather, but if it's hot and humid, like Ohio is known for in the summer, I'm like a lead weight. Then we get those frigid, sub-zero temperature days, and it's a whole different kind of pain. So I'm definitely feeling where you are coming from on the weather thing. It's rainy and barely 40 today, and I've had the aches all day. What part of the Midwest are you from? Jen
