Hi All--

I'd like to recommend the following cookbook. It's fabulous. For

someone who likes gourmet and plenty of variety (like me!), this fits

the bill!!

The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook : Over 325 Natural Foods Recipes, Free

of All Common Food Allergens: wheat-free, milk-free, egg-free,

corn-free, sugar-free, yeast-free

by Marjorie Hurt

How do we order this book? Is it available through regular bookstores? Please let us all know.

Thank you .

Hi again.

Here is the cookbook I mentioned in the previous email:

Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery, Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray (forward by B. Inabnet, MD, and Meredith Urban-Skuro as consulting nutritionist).

I reviewed it, and found the recipes to be very creative! My patients' families love them, asking especially when they will be trying the next sauce! I also thought the sauces looked especially creative. There is a nutrient analysis with each recipe, and a note as to its appropriateness for RYGB, Lap-band, and BPD-DS.

I got my copy from amazon.com, but I’ve

also had several patients pick up copies from & Noble.
