Guest guest
Hi! Ichecked the salivary secretor test, but you have to return it to receive results?!?! That´s kinda elaborate, and not very motivating... Isn´t there another way of determining if you´re a secretor or not? Guest guest
Also, Are there any major differences between the two, as to what foods to avoid? Is there a big gap? Can you give me some examples of foods that the secretors can have a the non-secretors cannot? I probably am a secretor because I rarelly get sick (flu, etc...), although I feel that especially dairy and wheat keep me from getting to my best possible shape... Thanx again! > > , > > Check this web sight out and see if there is a location close > enough to you > > for the secretor test.www.stacktheme.com > > there may be some people there in Europe that can tell you about > where to > > get Rive Protein Powder. Secretors secrete blood into their body fluids and non-secretors do not. The non-secretor idea is to " wall " the disease/infection/intruder in where secretors attack it in their fluids and try to " wall " it out. The non-secretors are the older of the two evolutionwise. Please feel free to totally disagree with anything I just said. Max

Some non-secretor avoids that are neutral for secretors are: spelt, soy and soy products, mussels, farmer cheese, feta cheese, goat cheese, mozzarella, almond cheese, almond milk, safflower seed, artichoke flour, buckwheat/kasha, gluten-free bread, oat flour, oat and oalmeal, tapioca, agar, brussels sprouts, all cabbages, eggplant, green olive, spanish olive, poi, apple/apple juice, apricot/apricot juice, dates, strawberries, borage seed oil, canola oil, cod liver oil, vanilla, mayonnaise, miso, apple cider vinegar, barley malt, honey, maple syrup, rice syrup, stevia, sucanat, and sugar. Some secretor avoids are neutral or beneficial for non-secretors like pinto beans and avocado. Max
