I should have stayed on the list during that time but took a detour. Anyway I'm taking 1-2Tbsp granulated Lecithin a day now with 1-2 Tablespoon Flaxseed oil in my spinach/apple drink and it's awesome. I was starting to have some little GB pains a few months back but now I don't have them and my skin is less dry. For anyone that hasn't tried the Lecithin and Flaxseed and still has GB problems give it a try. I find it's especially important since I no longer have a GB.
