That goes for you, too, . (I'm not referring to Sara the spammer, I'm talking to Murray)::: Why not start with yourself? *That's an unkind thing for a supplement dealer to say. Bastad!* Do you think that you have the right to treat people you don't even know this way, yet if it is you who is on the receiving end you get bent all out of shape about it? *I've gotten more bent out of shape from your anti-consciousness altering drivel than from anything else, you Hungarian bee-yotch!* My suggestion is: Start at home. Treat your flesh & blood this way. Not people who come here to share and learn. *Yeah. Well. I like to weight train, I'm doing something physical everyday by default anyway. I like to eat natural diet (i.e. balanced fatty acid profile) meat and well soaked legumes and grains. I would eat more fruits and veggies but during the HFS season (when the farmer's market is basically closed) I can't afford all of those expensive fruits and vegetables. But not to worry, as soon as I seduce Coryn she will be buying our family all the organic, wholesome vegetable matter our O hearts can stand. (I've got BIG plans, you know!)* Is this part of your way of making this planet a better world? Did you forget about your own post about how spiritual you are supposed to be and all the " " wonderful " " things you are doing? *Oh, yes. That. Well, not to point fingers but YOU guys are showing me how spiritually enlightened YOU guys *really* are! What do you think about that? Huh?* I think this is the real you. *Who's the real Slim Axel?* Go get some help! *I've made a mirepoix of carrots, celery and a white onion that I've added to my goat stew, the one with rosemary, thyme, mint and oregano. Plenty of salt. It tastes less salty since adding the mirepoix, which has shown me that it isn't just potatoes that can absorb sodium, thus reducing the saltiness of the dish. While you are speechless in awe of my culinary mastery, reeling from my altruistic generosity in sharing this profound culinary secret with you, remember that it was I, the Great Axel the Magnificent who shared this valuable knowledge with you.* PS: If Steve was still moderating this list, you would have been yesterday's news a long time ago. *I corresponded with Steve privately a while ago, since learning that he is a mere Reiki II, same as I, I have brazenly used the powers of my unique education to overpower him, casting a new age mind-lock on him (sort of like a spell in the fairy tales). He is under my power, now. Steve Howes is nothing but a passive, silent puppet who serves only ME.
