Let me say thanks again for everyone's concern and suggestions of

remedies. I've put lots of stuff on my skin and in my mouth. Of

great value for immediate relief of itching when applied externally

was very hot water, Witch Hazel, camomile or burdock tea.

Insignificant was Lanocaine and Sarna Lotion (recommended on line by

a dermatologist).

By mouth I've taken burdock, yarrow, garlic, digestive enzymes and

much C. Which of these affected the simmering down of the rash, I

can't say. As I reported yesterday, it has been gradually backing

off in reverse of the way it came. Today for the first time in a

month the only itching was on my back. I am encouraged and greatful

to you all.

Someone asked me off list for a history. I am including it here for

anyone interested.

History:

August 10, 03: Began ER4YBT - O diet. I was nearly 100% compliant

for at least 3 months. My daily fare was limited to:

BFK: 2 qts water (1/2 hr before) 2 eggs + 3 egg whites steamed

with ghee, dulce, kelp, tumeric.

1 T flaxseed oil with Q10, potassium, multivitamin, E, C, cayenne w/

hawthorne, sometimes calcium.

Lun: 2 qts water, 5 ozs buffalo or grass fed beef or canned salmon,

2 cups frozen okra, broccoli or spinach, 1 T FSO plus repeat of

supps above.

SUP: repeat of lunch

I am female, 63, wheelchair bound 10 years due to osteoarthritis.

Gained much weight. The above diet helped me lose at least 40 lbs.

in those 12 weeks, much of it toxic water. I was feeling GREAT. A

little itching started on both sides of my abdomen. It became pink

and looked like a light rash. Over a period of a week it spread to

my back, hips and sides. Some patches were more pink and slightly

rashey looking, but not raised. In the affected areas all places

itched whether pink or not. By 10 days it had spread to the front

of my torso. By then I had cut out salmon, eggs and supps and

brainstormed all contact substances. I began seeking help from

and this forum list. I added digestive enzymes when I ate

meat. I upped my C, and took burdock, pau d' arco, milk thistle,

At about two weeks I went on a water fast. My rash which had always

stayed just below the skin, not somethinng I could feel, and light

to rosy pink, within 12 hours became very angry red, very feelable

as small bumps above the skin and spread rapidly to new areas such

as my upper arms and thighs. It itched mercilessly. I looked

dreadful, however except for the itch, I still felt great. I ended

the fast after the second day and in 2 or 3 days the rash receded

back to its former appearance.

I am now 10 days away from the fast and the rash has receded to

being on my back only, hardly visable and much, much less itchy. I

suspect it is on its way out. Anyway I can live with it now, but

never want to repeat the last month.

These thoughts offered by folks on line seem to make sense to me:

Toxic lymph or protein overload compounded by lack of digestive

enzymes. Lack of calcium and magnesium to offset acid urine. My

diet now consists of the original diet (above) with the inclusion of

1/2 to 1 slice of ezekial bread each meal. Because of Thanksgiving

and my birthday, I have also had a few sugar items.

My desire is to get back to my original O diet plus above

additives. After I am compliant again for a few weeks I will see a

dr. for a complete checkup. I want to be able to say " this is how

I've been eating and I'm doing great " , not " look what a mess I am " .

Thanks for reading, and I'm always open to input.
