Guest guest
Have you tried The Container Store? They have all kinds of spice bottles, oil bottles etc there. Guest guest
You can get glass jars in various sizes from Penzey's, (that's where I get my spices from.) www.penzeys.com
Guest guest
If you have a food saver, I would get the Tupperware containers for spices and what won't go in one of those I'd put in a jar and seal it. Makes it air tight so if you store in a cool place it should keep for quite a while. Spice containers > Does anyone know a good source to get a good set of spice containers? Guest guest
Tom, do you want individual jars or a set? Go to Google and do a search on spice jars - you will be amazed at the variety that are available - round, square, octagonal, plastic, acrylic, stainless steel, stacking jars, small jars - large jars. some even come with a rack to store them in. Guest guest
Penzey's spices sells nice glass, round shaped jars. They sell empty jars as well as some of the spices come in these glass jars. You then label them yourself. Penzey's is awesome, importing the best of the best. They also offer more than one variety, such as cinnamon in various " hotnesses " . They are online and mail order. http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penzeys/shophome.html I thought I remembered the Martha catalog selling fancy looking jars, but I am not sure, you can check her website. As far as the quality of spices, I would question how long spices last in the store if not stored airtight, while they wait to be bought in bulk. But if you like them as they are that is all that matters!
