weightloss vs. wellbeing

Just curious........how many are doing the ER4YT to lose weight and

how many turned to it out of other health issues?..........Are you

getting results?

Ive only been on about a week and I can feel a difference mainly in

the quality of sleep Im getting. My diet was high in cheeses and

potatoes or pasta and at times pork and loaded with Wheat and Corn

products. But what am I going to have to do to get into WLM?
