The only bean I see listed as a beneficial is the adzuki bean. Black-eyed

peas (listed under beans) are beneficial for secretors. By the way, is

superbeneficial a new term? I haven't seen it before.

A friend of mine was diagnosed diabetic a couple weeks ago, so I

picked it up. It's also good if you are borderline or seem to

have problems with regulating your sugar.
