Hello Helen,

I am new here but not new to the cleanses. In Austria

it is called Bitter Salz (salt). Maybe it will be the

same in your country. Also grapefruit is better than

lemon and I know you have real good ones in the Philippines.

Hello ! Thank you very much for the concern and kindness. Yes, I will

appreciate very much if you can send me some of the epsom salts. I may use

them for the next flush. My home address is Blk. 2 Lot 12 Franville St.,

Merry Homes II-A, Quezon city, Philippines.

For the meantime, I will go on with my first flush using laxatives as

alternative.
