Guest guest
Hi Jill Believe it or not there are major differences between the United States and Canada when it comes to healthcare and medications. We pray often for more members in the UK and other places in Europe so they can support each other with phone calls or visiting face to face. One of the blessings about an international support group like RISG.ORG is that we hear about other treatments and drug protocols. Quite often the UK and Europe are on the leading edge of treatments. When that is the case we learn about it and ask our doctors about it and vice versa. The internet has vastly improved our and our doctor's knowledge of our diseases which is good for both sides of treatment. I go back to the pre internet and fax days when it took weeks to hear about breakthroughs if you could. As I mentioned yesterday, my doctor has benefited by information patients have brought in or mentioned. I also pass information to a few others in this town and surrounding area that also have Spondy condition. One is just 2 doors down from us and another 2 doors down from the other. Blessings +Dave
