Thanks . By my calculations the protein, carbs and fat total

around 1200 calories per day. Correct? And no fruits whatsoever?

I found your reply very interesting. Are these amounts specific to

this individual because of age, height and %BF or can they be adapted

to any of us? And if so how do we adjust what you wrote?

Did not know about no rice/sweet potato at suppertime. However, in

the last few weeks I have started having double vegetable and no

grain/rice etc. at supper and not only enjoyed it more, but felt

less " full " during the evening.

3 T flax oil/olive oil daily..could the flax oil be taken mainly in

tablet form? I just cannot use it on salad etc. because of the flvour

which I detest.

Thanks for all the help you everyone...big hug for you!! <<HUG>>

Toni- There is a flax seed oil that is chili/garlic flavored which

is WONDERFUL!!! I use it all the time for salad dressing.

1175 to be correct.

Well, you do have 95 gr of carbs at your disposal - each normal size

fruit is about 27 gr of carbs. Are you a non secretor? If yes, no

fruits. This is of course until you get to where you want to be. The

less sugar you eat the faster you will burn fat. This way of eating

produces results. I am sure you are not familiar with how professional

bodybuilders get into contest shape, but this is how they do it - well

kind of. They eat less carbs..

Ask most on this list and you will find that very few eat low

carb/starch on a regular basis - the reason why they struggle with

burning the amount fat they would like to.

Now start the diet & keep us posted.

Love .

What is the general recipe for weight/muscle gain for Os?

Has anybody tried the ABCDE plan that Dr. D mentioned one time in his

column for this purpose?
