Hello all! This is just my second message to the group although I have been

getting in touch with Susie. I would like to have my first flush this

weekend but without the epsom salt. I've been trying very hard to find epsom

salt or magnesium sulfate, even went to the extent of asking some friends to

find it for me, but to no avail. But I still would like to go on with the

flush even without the epsom salt. I hope to hear from anyone who have done

the flush without the epsom salt.

Helen

Helen,

Here is a recipe from a website that I found. It has no epsom salts. There

is a substitute for epsom salts, but I can't remember the name. It's

magnesium-something. This person does warn that you may have an acid stomach

the next morning, so have something around that cuts the acid, be it Maalox,

whatever.

Let us all know how this works or whichever recipe you use.

Susie

***************************************

1, Get a 12-ounce bottle of olive oil. Be sure to get the purest virgin olive

oil. It has less acid.

2. Get a small bottle of lemon juice or get six lemons and extract the juice.

Note: If you have a very severe problem it is recommended that you take a

16-ounce bottle of olive oil and lemon juice (approximately eight lemons).

On the day that you are to take the treatment do not eat anything after the

noon meal. A good time to start is five or six in the evening.

1. Take 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

2. Immediately follow with 2 teaspoons of unsweetened lemon juice.

After the initial dose, at intervals of ten minutes, repeat the same dose in

exactly the same manner until all of the olive oil has been taken. Follow the

last dose of olive oil with two tablespoons of lemon juice.

The lemon juice " lays " the oil and reduces the possibility of nausea

occurring during the treatment. Some patients may throw-up some of the olive

oil, but that simply means that it was an excess amount that will not reduce

the full benefit of the treatment. The full benefit and results will be

obtained if all the oil is taken. It is very important that that the entire

amount of olive oil and lemon juice be taken on the same evening and in the

sequence and in the time described above.

What we are doing is saturating the gallbladder and the gallbladder duct with

the olive oil to dissolve the stones and the scale that the oil comes in

contact with.

Remember that even if you vomit some of the oil you must continue the

treatment and take the olive oil on the ten-minute interval between doses.

The olive oil has a soothing, softening effect on the gallstones. Therefore,

you must take the entire dose to avoid leaving stones part way down the duct

and possible biliary colic in two or three days when the stones move without

the benefit of the oil. If this should occur simply take a few ounces of live

oil and lemon juice.

As mentioned above, in cases of very severe gallbladder problems the dose can

be increased as follows:

Take 16-ounces of olive oil followed with the same dose of lemon juice on the

same intervals; the rest of the procedure is the same.

I doubt that it would be bad to do two close together, as long as you back

off a bit after that and replenish your minerals, electrolytes etc. Keep

going, you will be really surprised at how much your food allergies will

diminish!!
