Guest guest
My fat finally seems to be melting, which I am very grateful for. I am sure that a big part of it is that I have finally traded in my totally sedentary (depressed) lifestyle for a more active one. Looking back through my CC receipts I see that I ordered my LR4YT book near the end of August 2001, so I figure I started eating this way around the first week of September. That means I am coming toward the end of six months. I *immediately* started avoiding all avoids and eating more beneficials, although I misread the rice (neutral) information and was eating it daily for a while. I added beef back into my diet on 11/8/01 and have been eating it nearly daily since then. At this time my stamina greatly increased, it was noticable within a week or two at the most. This took away my last excuse for not moving my body :-) So, fo me, I think it was a combo of things. Dr. D. writes that some people have to follow the plan for a while before it kicks in. Adding the beef gave me a HB source of protein on a regular basis, cutting back on the rice and sweet potato chips, and of course exercising several times a week. I will increase the exercise in frequency and duration as I continue to rebuild my strength. Finally it is all coming together and the fat is going away! Also, this is the FIRST Winter in ten+ years that I am not depressed!!! This is major folks. I cannot say that the diet is the only reason, but I bet it is a big contributor. Thinner and firmer and stronger every day, Lynda :-)
Guest guest
Lynn, A mini tramp can be used indoors or out...so can be used in any kind of weather and is also good for people with bad joints. I can use it with my bad feet. I wish I knew where I hid that site about the mini tramp, but it is used in many training programs. OKC I am sure > that a big part of it is that I have finally traded > in my totally sedentary > (depressed) lifestyle for a more active one. __________________________________________________
