Congratulations Nick, it certainly sounds like you've got a healthy

digestive system. I can't recall ever hearing of someone passing sludge that

quickly. One hour certainly is quick, by all accounts. I'm just a bit

curious as to whether it was green and floated too.

I just did a colonic with ozone where I took four ounces of olive oil,

straight-up, around 3 hours before the cleanse. Needless to say I had one

powerful flushing of the liver but I can't say for certain that I had any

real stones show this time. This of course isn't a bad thing. I just have

had stones floating across the top of the view tube in previous attempts,

but this time I didn't and I didn't have any show the next day. But, that's

the purpose of this group, not to have stones.

I must say, I'm really surprised at the speed at which your system has

processed the oil and given you such a positive result.

Congratulations once again, and thanks for the report.

Dale

You may have it at the supermarket in the drug

section. Another name for it is Magnesium Sulfate

Look in the area of the store that sells products

for minor sprains and constipation. It usualy

comes in a milk box carton, but I imagine it could

be in a bottle. Check your nearby drug store.
