weight lifting and exercise

wow, , I had no idea that any exercise except weight lifting reduces

muscle tissue. that's intense. and really would make weight loss and

maintenance difficult over time, if muscle continued to be eroded instead of

built / strengthened / maintained. I am much more motivated to start weight

training.

Axel, how does one go about finding out whether they are a fatty, skinny, or

muscly? I'm almost positive I'm a fatty, but I'm curious :-D Also, I'm not sure

what conditioning means . . . lifting weights every day? I am wayyy newbie to

this topic.

Any other advice for a newbie re. how to get started?
