I was reading in Live Right 4 Your Type that Dadamo noticed that the root of

stinging

nettle has a lectin that agglutinizes candida. I wondered if anyone trying to

ditch

their candida has used this and noticed an improvement. Also, after reading in

multiple places and sites that there isn't a simple test for candida, I ran

across this

site, which purports to have a simple, free, easy test for it. I tried the test

this

morning and according to it, I do have candida. I had my son try it too, and

either he

didn't do it right, or he is candida free.

I plan to try ditching the candida and testing again. If it shows up different,

it'd be a

great gauge for it :)

Also, didn't ER4YT say that cucumbers were beneficial? And now they are an

avoid in

LR4YT? WAAAA!!!!! I've been eating them like crazy, and fell in love with

them.

But...if a Type O lectin was discovered, it was discovered. I know it happens.

:P

There are so many claims to easy cures for candida on the web, and there are so

many sites that say that candida is tricky and very hard to ditch. I've gotten

rid of it

before with the help of a clinical dietician, but I want to handle it on my own

this

time.
