I've been invited out to an Ethiopian restaurant with friends. I phoned and all of thier meals are served on a sour dough like bread made with " teff " , which is a grain grown in Ethiopia. I phoned the restaurant and they said if I let them know when I was coming they would make mine 100% teff.
