Yes, vegetable glycerine is frequently found in the body oil

section. However, you will find it cheaper in the food sections of

companies that sell it. The best price I have found is at

Azurestandard.com. I have no idea what brand you found, but I

suppose it would be wise to verify that what you are looking at to

buy is suitable for consumption.

Agave has not been tested or rated, however you might want to read

what Heidi has written about it in the past in her column.

Have you done any liver flushes in the past? Improving your liver

function might help you with your allergies. I did 12 liver flushes

over the past 6 months and passed lots of stones. I live in one of

the worst allergy cities of the country and I am not having any

noticeable allergy problems this year. Is the lack of allergy

problems because of the liver flushes, BTD, the more strict avoidance

of certain grains, the supplements I'm taking? I don't know. But I

do know that I am going to continue to work on the health of my

liver, and kidneys, for some time to come.

actually could skip the sweetener because I tried a bit without

sweetener. My taste buds are so not overdone with sweetness these

days that " tart " cherry juice concentrate tastes derned sweet to me.

never seen with allergies- for instance Audrey- known for 10 years to

not have allergies, but this year she is. A lady at the HFS thinks it

has something to do with the Space shuttle that scattered across our

area. She is very smart and might be right, but I doubt it at this

point. I prefer to think the gub'ment is comtrailing us with stuff-

LOL.

I found my vegetable glycerine in the moisturizer section as well. It was

about $7 for a medium bottle. It doesn't say on the bottle that it's a

sweetener but does say that it's made from vegetables and pure enough to be

used internally, good enough for me. It was Now brand. It's quite sweet, I

can see it being pretty versatile.

Ok, I thought it was vegetable glycerine. However, at my HFS, that was

I saw Stevia Glycerite but steered clear because of the stevia.

Had 3 girlfiends over for scrapbooking get together to work on our " circle

journals " (aka circle jerks-LOL). I cooked for them- carmelized onions,

grassfed beef, no bread, baby greens (Earthbound). Later, as they were

having crap food withdrawals, I made chocolate chip cookies for them to

trash their systems-LOL. They ate those and had some liquor filled

chocolates. I really had no burning need nor desire. (This is getting weird

because it is prime PMS time, and I am " supposed " to NEED chocolate now!)

One girlie has left off wheat, noticed a difference and is interested in

BTD. I found I did not explain this well like some of you guys, like Don

especially. I found myslef kinda bumbling about feeling better and not

making sense with the science. Any tips on getting the lingo down to

communicate to someone who is seeking better health?

I am still having pollen allergies, but so are people who I have never

seen with allergies- for instance Audrey- known for 10 years to not have

allergies, but this year she is. A lady at the HFS thinks it has something

I broke down and bought some eye drops OTC so I won't rub my eyes off and

give myself " wrinkles " .

Oh, I have the priveledge of chauferring a friend's son and date to prom

tonight. (My car is cooler than his mom's mini-van since it was a Super Bowl

car or something like that.) I cannot beleive that boy I met 11 years ago is

having prom. He has had a tough time in life, but he is doing well. OK, I am

way off subject here.

Going to clean off back of seat the Truman routinelt wipes his shoes on

before leaving for town.

Se y'all later,
