Ralph - how about some backgroung on you so we can actually suggest some

things.

Eating according to your blood type is the most beneficial way to start

to a better/healthier life. Most other books follow the " " ONE SHOE FITS

ALL " " theory.

Has anyone done the kidney and liver Cleansing and

have you had any good luck with it or has anyone had any bad luck

and is there any side effects or whatever should I know or beaware

of. Also, has anyone bought the Common Sense Health and Healing book

by Schulze. Have you found it helpful and if so, in what

ways if you don't mind sharing your personal experiences. I am

thinking of it. I suffer from lots of pain and I also suffer from

anxiety and DR's say that is where most of it is coming from my pain

the anxiety. Well, I want to do something about it.

Thanks all and look forward to as much advice and suggestions as

possible.

Ok, here is a background on me, not sure if you need anymore then I give you but

here it is.

I am a white 34 yr old male, 6' tall and weight is about 318 and from New

Hampshire Have 3 kids and married.

I have High blood pressure but I am on Monopril for it and seems to be under

control. I am on Prozac 40 mgs twice a day and I am also on Klonopin which is

for anxiety and I take 0.5mgs twice in the morning and once at night. I also

have some asthma and I am on albuteral inhalers as needed. I also have some acid

reflex and I am on Nexium for it. I am not always faithful in taking it to.

I had came down with a bacteria infection called Travelers diarrhea and they put

me on Cipro, a antibiotic and took that for about 7 to 10 days I forget. I had

gotten better and the diarrhea stopped and I had some discomfort still going on

in my abdomen but I was living with it.

Well about 4 to 5 weeks went by and I came down with a bug like the flu, and I

started to ache all over and had a cough at first, the first symptom and then

the aches and then I started to feel weak and then I started back up with

stomach problems. Well my wife got sick also, but not as bad as I did and she

got better sooner then me and I had gotten it before her. Well anyways, since

then I have had abdomen pain, more so on the right hand side just under the

breast and near the ribs and goes right over towards my side and into my back. I

will get these feeling of back aches around my kidney area and it feels like

spasms at times. I get allot of bloating going on (pressure) where my abdomen

gets really hard in the middle of it and at times I get a fullness sensation.

My bowels are somewhat normal but could be better. I have had the DR do blood

work on me and said it was all normal and then they did a Ultrasound to look at

my gallbladder and they said it was good and no stones. He checked my spleen out

and that was normal and then said my kidneys looked normal and my liver was just

slightly enlarged but said that could be cause of me being over weight.

I also did have 2 CT DONE, and on the first CT, they said that I had 2 enlarged

lymph nodes, so they wanted to do another CT of my pelvic area and I just got

the results yesterday and that was all good the DR said.

So I am here suffering cause of pain on my right side more so and more intense,

but at times I do have left side pain in the same area about but LOTS of right

side pain in my abdomen and in the middle of my stomach I get LOTS OF BLOATING

WITH (PRESSURE) AND SOME FULLNESS SENSATION.

That is a update on me and what is going on, I hope this helps.

Hi Ralph,

I've been on this way of eating for several years. For 7 months before I

started I had one attack of arthritis after another in the 6th vertebrae. It

connects the neck and the shoulders. From the day I cut out wheat in

starting the diet, I've had very few problems, except shortly after I've

been on vacation or decided a few bits wouldn't hurt. I think for me the key

was the wheat. For many I've heard it was the dairy. May you find the same

type of relief using this way of eating. Is the pain inhibiting any form of

exercise? Often we O's can control anxiety with exercise. For us the more

strenuous the better. I'll check and see if the book is available in the

library. Soon as I can read it I'll let you know what I think.

I'm not a doctor; I am an engineer but all I can say is that you're immune

system has to be slammed from all of the meds you take and your illnesses are

going to be a neverending story. Were I you, I'd get a juicer, juice 6 carrots,

2 apples (or equivalent grapes), and a handful of parsly everyday to build up

T cells. Add in a handful of fresh or frozen spinach, kale, collard greens,

etc to get some minerals into your body. You might think about buying some IMM

Calm (herbal mix) from to also help bolster your immune system.

Meds are poison. I take meds for my heart and I know I have to eat right to

conteract their destructiveness.

veggies.

Add carrots. How about drinking straight beet juice! Or garlic juice

alone - I tried once, never again
