The BTD encyclopedia says " we " Os are immune to smallpox but not good ol' bubonic plague. Also, I started in the D Adamao plan 3 weeks ago, thyroid was the reason why I started it. Alot of the symptoms I experienced with thyroid are abating, yes I am on medication, but I have been in meds since March, If I eat wheat, dairy or use white sugar, I can tell the difference. I am O+. Was wondering how I can tell if I am a secreter or non secreter, I didnt buy the Big Dadamo book, only the bloodtype guidelines book. What would be the difference food wise between these 2? Btw, I had chicken pox as a child as well. Also rheumatic fever.

Guest guest
Encyclopedia, dictionary......i guess they're the same thing. I bought the ER4YT ENCYCLOPEDIA off the dadamo.com website. But the funnest read was LR4YT.. I still have to admit that Dr. D can be a bit too " scientific " for most readers. He should have an editor to really make it more " layman - readable. " Also, in the encylcopedia.....it would be nice to have more specific reasons for beneficiality/neutrality or avoidance of various foods....sure it might be longer, but " modifies disease susceptibility " doesn't cover it. You're O+? Rh? or Secretor positive? I " m still shocked as to how accurate the non-secretor status is towards many of my avoids. > > where can i find this dictionary? > > Did I miss this one, what dictionary please? > > Thanks, Rose/Hun

Probably among the very few in Hungary who got that far in BTD. From the very first moment I knew how much it its true for me, it was striking. Both LR and the Encyclopedia are hard to read, but I devoted a lot of time to it and it was worth it. I too would love to know more about how certain foods behave in our bodies, so I frequently visit the " dadamo " site and get quite a bit of information there. Love, Rose/Hun
