Hi,

I have some rye bread that has these ingredients. Are these acceptable?

Organic rye flour, natural spring water, sourdough culture (rye flour and

water), salt.

I've returned the Diabetes book to the library, so I can't find out if rye

flour is a neutral frequent or a neutral infrequent.

Thanks,

Carolyn

The rye bread ingredients look great, but the diabetes book does downgrade

rye to neutral infrequently.

I returned the book to the library too, but I copied the O information into

my database first. ;-)

I copied some of it, but not all. I'm probably going to get it again and

get the rest of the information.

Thanks!

Fine for normal use. In the Diabetes book they are neutral infrequent.
