I haven't made crepe batter, but I've made pancake batter following the directions of a regular recipe. Put the liquid ingredients in first then keeping the variable speed low, use a spatula to scrape the sides as the mixture pulls the dry stuff down the center vortex until all of the dry is mixed in with the liquid.

Hello everyone - It's Thanksgiving weedend up here in Canada eh? I'm going to make some crepes and wondering if anyone has made the batter in their VM.Thanks,the other Leanne
