Guest guest Posted October 8, 2010 Report Share Posted October 8, 2010 I haven't made crepe batter, but I've made pancake batter following the directions of a regular recipe. Put the liquid ingredients in first then keeping the variable speed low, use a spatula to scrape the sides as the mixture pulls the dry stuff down the center vortex until all of the dry is mixed in with the liquid.
