Stalagmites?? are those bone spurs? If they're bone spurs, I can tell you, they hurt!! I've got them in my back. Those darn calcium tabs!! Did u know the ratio of cal:mag is backwards in most supplements? It should be 1:2, not 2:1. And all that yogurt I used to eat for calcium . . Shame!! Happy Holidays, karenb RE: Re: Water > > > ....
