I think what's discouraged for our simpler Os is an indicator of foods to be wary of... for some things. Just m2c. Axel, this is an excellent point in a number of ways.... It points to your own research into your biochemical individuality, and it presents a theory for others to consider.... As an A, it makes a lot of sense to me. What does not make a lot of sense to me, though, is the idea (that all of us, at one time or another, fall 'prey' to) that anyone is going to find the golden key that unlocks the truth for all of us... While we can all help each other, there is not consistent sameness to be found among people, even of the same blood type. So, while there is a valued and respected body of research coming form the blood type theory, we all still have to find out own way. A note of caution for us all: there will not be any ultimate answers! we do our best when we truly plumb that which is best for ourselves, and share our theories, findings, musings, ups and downs.... Individuality has been shown to sustain itself beyond the realm of blood type/secretor status, etc.! Frances
