You can make these out of spelt, amaranth, quinoa, bean flour, kamut, or rye. I imagine rice flour would work also. TORTILLA'S (BLOOD TYPE O) 6 small ones 2 cups flour ( you may need 1/4 cup more for spelt or bean flour) 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. water Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted July 24, 2004 Report Share Posted July 24, 2004 Thank you for catching that. It's 1/2 cup of water, to 2 cups of flour (1/4 cup more for spelt or amatanth, and 1/2 t. salt.
