Recipe for spelt tortilla

Sorry to be so long answering. I had to go out of town for a funeral. You can

make these out of spelt, amaranth, quinoa, bean flour, kamut, or rye. I imagine

rice flour would work also.

TORTILLA'S (BLOOD TYPE O)

6 small ones

2 cups flour ( you may need 1/4 cup more for spelt or bean flour)

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. water

Are you sure there isn't something else missing? 1/2 t of water

sure doesn't seem like enough liquid for 2 cups of flour.

Thank you for catching that. It's 1/2 cup of water, to 2 cups of flour (1/4

cup more for spelt or amatanth, and 1/2 t. salt. The oil goes on the hands

to keep the flour from sticking and to be worked into the dough.
