Guest guest
If you put the name of the food in the first box, what do you put in the " Search by " and " Sort by " boxes? It seems when I put anything in those two boxes it gives me " no matches found " . So what are those two boxes for? Guest guest
Sorry to be so long in getting back to you but I've been out of town. When you put the name of the food in the first box, don't do anything with the " Search by " and " Sort by " keys. Be sure to use only one word and use the singular (beet, bean, no -s's) Use your mouse to click on the search button. If you wish to find out which foods are neutral, beneficial, or avoids, put word food, the name of the food group, or the word Neutral, Beneficial, or Avoid in the " Search for " . When you get the results, if they are mentioned in LINKS or LES it will give you additional information. That will be in blue, along with any other words that are defined or give additional information. .
