Guest guest
Hi and welcome. I've had Reactive Arthritis for about a year now. I find that LOTS of water is very helpful..I drink at least 2-3 liters everyday. Even a few alcoholic drinks make me regret it the next day. If you are drinking alcohol, drink a glass of water in between. Stay away from sushi and undercooked seafood (this caused me to get Uveitis a few months ago). As for a diet - lots of water has been my goal. But back when I was first diagnosed with Reactive Arthritis...I did some research and found that Mushrooms are supposed to be good for immune systems. I was taking a vitamin that I found onine (it was a mushroom blend) when my Reactive Arthritis was bad in the beginning stages - I can't be positive if this is why my Reactive Arthritis quieted a bit, but could be. Good luck to you and welcome to the group.
