Question about grains/starches

hi,

Just a quickie. Do you consider sweet potatoes in the grain/starch category, or

the vegetable category?

Thanks, Carolyn

Ohhhhhkay. :) So now, if someone recommends eating grain only once a day

(if that), that does *not* include sweet potatoes, which are considered a

vegetable? Is there a limit on sweet potatoes? And what about the

distinction between sweet potatoes and yams?

Thanks -- guess this was not as quick as I thought. :)

Thanks, . Yeah, I guess I do want to continue losing weight, but it's

not the priority here -- which is to get healthy and feel better, physically

and mentally. D'Adamo says, by the way, 3-5 servings of fruit per day.

Should that be decreased if I want to lose weight?

Thanks, Carolyn
