Hi , and welcome to our group. I have been on the Blood Type Diet for 5

years now. I am curious, because you stated that one must be fairly

" obsessive " to stay on the diet. I have found quite the opposite, that this is

a very

easy way to eat/live. Are you having difficulty with some aspect of meal

planning, preparation, or exercising?

The list of beneficial and neutral foods and herbs offers tremendous variety,

and most of the ingredients are easily obtainable at local groceries, and in

restaurants.

It is certainly true that to achieve a goal one must have focus and

commitment, but I interpret the word " obsessive " to go beyond that level of

concentration. I am just curious what you meant, and if we can help in any

way...
