Guest guest
Yes. More men get it then women. As get it most. One theory is dehydration - so make sure to drink half your body weight in water. A 200lbs person would drink 100oz. Magnesium is another very important part to prevent stones. Lemon should be added to water to prevent stone formation also. http://www.foodforyourblood.com mineral water and kidney stones Hi All, My brothers (3), all of whom have had issues with kidney stones, tell me NOT to drink any type of carbonated water, natural or otherwise, as this is a major cause of the stones. I personally do like the San Pellegrino (naturally carbonated), with a twist of fresh lemon or lime. Has anyone heard of a possible connection between kidney stones and mineral waters? Also, I have been told that men are much more susceptible than women. Any truth to that?

Guest guest
Best bet is: VITAMIN POWER’s chelated 200mg. If not available then NATURES PLUS’ chelated 200mg tabs. 2 to 3 tabs a day to maintain, more if there are stones. Are there? http://www.foodforyourblood.com mineral water and kidney stones > > Hi All, > > My brothers (3), all of whom have had issues with kidney stones, tell me > NOT > to drink any type of carbonated water, natural or otherwise, as this is > a > major cause of the stones.
