Guest guest
give me your info Combat my Calorie Counting? Hello, I'm a new O whose dieted and yo-yoed all her life. 3 years ago, I got serious, did Craig and lost 45lbs. Now, I have been trying everything to maintain. I log & calculate all I eat and I visit the gym at least 2-3x per day. I have always felt I was sensitive to carbs and after a friend's suggestion, I decided to give it a go. I have been consistently training hard and never getting the results I want. I lived on fat-free cottage cheese, lo-cal/lo-fat whole wheat grain varieties (ww bread, lo-fat waffles, oranges) and tofu with little red meat or actual meat sources at all. I always felt deprived and bloated and gas was a common problem. I have a bread/sweet tooth and would often succumb to night binges on these snacks. I have been a couple of days on the O plan and I honestly, feel different. My body isn't bloated and I'm not as hungry as I use to be. Now, I'm actually craving meat. My question is I still have this tremendous urge to figure out my calorie & fat intake and thought my calorie intake it kind of where I have always been, I know that due to the addition of regular meat choices, my fat intake is getting me a bit nervous. I'm scared that my 45 pounds will creep on back if I don't meticulously add up those totals. Any advice?
Guest guest
Makoamaka, Well, here is my 2 cents....somedays I am hungry all the time and others I am not. I never count calories or pay much attention to servings. Just eat when I am hungry and quit when I am full. I have been on the diet since Jan and lost 35 pounds. I could not even fathom doing something like Craig, bless your heart. Guest guest
Meaning physcial stats? Blood Type: O / MM / Negative Weight: 130 lbs Hieght: 5'2 Medium-large frame - endomorph type bodyfat: ? Build: Pretty fit, weight is in stomach (especially lower-ad area). I'm a solid frame and strong, especially for a female. I consider myself pretty fit, but not toned and tight as much as I would like to be for how much I work out and how clean I eat (meaning my lo-fat, whole-wheat carbs & tofu/cottage cheese choices before). Anything else? Thank you, Lee-Ann Combat my Calorie Counting? Hello, I'm a new O whose dieted and yo-yoed all her life. 3 years ago, I got serious, did Craig and lost 45lbs. I anxiously await your advice as you have offered so much insight for previous posts as I have found when browsing through the history lists. > And how old? > Combat my Calorie Counting? > > > Hello, > I'm a new O whose dieted and yo-yoed all her life. 3 years ago, I > got serious, did Craig and lost 45lbs.
