That may explain why the diet didn't cleanse you naturally. When I went totally onto the diet (no cheating), I was amazed at how virtually every malady went away except for weight loss. That problem was because I didn't know I was a non-secretor. Now the weight is coming off. Of course, when I cheat my body tells me right away. Hopefully, you can back down on some of the herbs when you heal. Glad to hear you're getting better. Isn't this diet a wonderful discovery? The maddening part is that as people watch me heal from fairly serious ailments while others degenerate, they don't believe it's from the diet, especially after they find out that it's not easy--LOL. Of course, she thinks I'm the crazy older brother. Sigh...

Guest guest
That is so true, Max. I even had a lady ask me what I couldn't eat, because she had to do something. She has arthritis, which is what I had. Then the next day she was remarking that she didn't know how I did it. I couldn't eat hardly anything, and was eating everything on her tray that I'd said I wouldn't eat. Guest guest
I am confused by this message. Anyone else. Not too sure of what you are trying to say here.......... It sounds to me as if you are saying that you told her all the things that you could not eat and then went on to eat them anyways. Guest guest
She was thinking eating this way would maybe help her arthritis. She was the one who ate the avoids anyway. She was remarking that the list of what not to eat didn't leave me much to eat. I don't think she will look at it from the point of view of what she can eat. When you think of what you can eat instead of what you can't, it makes staying with blood type eating a whole lot easier. Sorry about not wording that clearer. ----- Original Message ----- From: " son " <mcnlambs@...> . Then the > next day she was remarking that she didn't know how I did it. Guest guest
I had underline the part I did not get but I see here that that did not take place so now I will try to cut everything but what I do not get........ Guest guest
No prob. Just wanted to be sure of what you were saying. It sounded like you ate stuff you were not suppose and were still trying to convince her. Which made no sense at all. I try to just focus on what I can eat also. Guest guest
Max, I totally agree with you, I have told more people about the diet and for the most part they are non believers and when people say that Hight protein is not good for you that is what they truly believe. I found that giving up coffee and dairy was easier than I thought, I have learned to appreciate goat cheese. The thing I miss the most is pasta... However I take rice instead. Cheers, Re: Blood tests and GI panel In a message dated 3/8/2003 5:40:57 AM Eastern Standard Time, Gaialandscapes@... writes: << Two days into this treatment and I already have gotten huge improvements with my digestion. Guest guest
Isn' t it funny how something so simple and harmless and yet they still will not try it, even for a few weeks. Yet, they will swallow those pills by the handful and never even question them, even when they do not get any real results. I always try to encourage people by telling them, " just try it for a month and see what happens. Maybe I am nuts, but if you try it and nothing happens to help, you have not lost anything or endangered your health. " Some people will then at least try it. Of course with things like sugar, corn, wheat and potatoes, they are really hard to totally avoid without becoming a label reading and the average person is just to lazy to go thru " all that trouble. " People want a quick fix or at least what they perceive as a quick fix. So sad..........
