Thank you. I will try the heat. I am also thinking of castor oil pack I

have read about but not sure whether to place it over liver or gallbladder

area.

Also, thank you for your kind words re: the other stuff going on in my life.

I felt a hug from you and I appreciate that. I have actually joined a

support group for families of people addicted to crack. It is helping

tremendously when I have time to sift through the mail.

I am gratful for the internet in ways I never dreamed possible!
