Guest guest
VITAMIN POWER's chelated 200mg magnesium if you can get it. If not available in LA, I can send you a bottle. 2nd best would be NATURES PLUS's chelated 200 mg tablet form. Guest guest
Chelate, aspartate or citrate are good forms for what you need. Mag ascorbate is a form of Vit C Glycinate is special and good but more expensive Malate is for a specific problem Oxide is the cheap stuff Kathy " Waldman, Dianne " <dwaldman@...> wrote: >>Vit C and Magnesium!!!>> Kathy, I already take that level of vitamin C, but I don't take magnesium.
