>>Vit C and Magnesium!!!>>

Kathy,

I already take that level of vitamin C, but I don't take magnesium. I went to

order some and there are so many different kinds:

Magnesium Ascorbate

Magnesium Aspartate

Magnesium Chelate

Magnesium Citrate

Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium Malate

Magnesium Oxide

Which is best?

Thanks!

VITAMIN POWER's chelated 200mg magnesium if you can get it.

If not available in LA, I can send you a bottle.

2nd best would be NATURES PLUS's chelated 200 mg tablet form.

Thanks ! I'm pretty sure I've seen the Nature's Plus brand around here.

By the way, are you familiar with Source Naturals brand?

Chelate, aspartate or citrate are good forms for what you need.

Mag ascorbate is a form of Vit C

Glycinate is special and good but more expensive

Malate is for a specific problem

Oxide is the cheap stuff
