Many people who follow the diet have their cholesterol level drop. Mine is

122 and I eat fat all day and slather butter on everything.

I was hoping the oatmeal would soak up some of my bad cholesterol, which is

higher than my NP and MD want it to be. My good chol. is also lower than

desired. I am not over-focusing on chol. but any little easy thing....I

can't give up my butter although only eat 2 pats per day...

You can take like a pound or two of butter, heat them until the milk solids

drop and just starts to brown, skim the foam off the top and pour the clear

liquid into a container. You are left with Ghee. This is neutral for all

blood types and gives you the buterol or something like that we all need.

As an O to lower your cholesterol, eat more fat & green veggies and eat

less starch. You can kill two birds with one bullet

How close are you on the diet? Are you eating enough fat?

Taking any antioxidants? Water? Exercise?

May just need a little more time to balance and stabilize your system from years

of abuse before the cholestrol will improve.
