Trish--I found crumbs made from rice in HFS. (pricey) You could make

your own by using the compliant breads or crackers.

ground nuts will work, also dried ezekial bread,(ground up),or cream of rice or

rice flour

People on low carb diets use ground nuts for coating. Otherwise you might

use spelt or rice flour, depending on whether you are a secretor or

non-secretor. Rice flour has no gluten.

How about crushed rice crispies?

Rice crispies usually have cornsyrup added, or some such

,don't know why that should not work, if you can find them without

The rice crispies I have don't have any sweetener in them, so would be ok to

use.

A coffee grinder works real well also.
