Lorraine, I had problems with IBS. I began taking Chelated

calcium and magnesium and I only have trouble when I get my

period. I am not digesting protein and have tried many supplements

but none worked. I am now on a prescription. That works.

I am interested in doing the flushes because when the liver is cleaned

your digestion can be greatly improved. Do you get bowel pain with

your period?
