Guest guest
Thank you for your suggestions. There are so many self-help books and programs out there in this genre that I am just trying to get some suggestions as of good ones to look at and consider using. I have heard from several sources that EFT is good, but I haven't looked at it yet. I have also heard that about " The Sedona Method " , but don't know anything about it either. I do believe that I could get some benefit from a yoga/meditation type approach, but I find my yoga results poor and inconsistent that is why I am considering trying a brainwave entrainment product like Holosync from Centerpointe or Insight from Awakened Minds to induce my brain into the lower brain wave frequencies that you try to achieve using yoga/meditation. I have read good things about these products and the results people have had with them. Everyone, Sorry about my off-topic question. However, since I respect people that have had the wisdom to use the BTD I thought I would get your input on this health issue.
