Isn't stevia an avoid for us? Also the sugar may be needed for structure so

you won't make sweet potato brownie soup. As far as I know, sugar and honey

are one for one.

Don:

I found a great book at the library that has a lot of information on

substitutions and descriptions of various flours and sweeteners, as

well as descriptions of many vegetables and fruits that people might

be less familiar with:

The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook by Marjorie Hurt

To switch from honey to sugar:

2/3 to 3/4 cup of honey can be replaced by 1 cup of sugar AND either

add approx. 1/2 c. of extra liquid OR reduce the flour by a bit (1/2

c.?).

Hope that helps!
