Guest guest
Does anyone have any advice for what specific items I might try to eliminate the excess post nasal drip caused by first trimester pregnancy? Almost anything I eat seems to increase production, much like what used to happen when I ate wheat, corn, but especially diary. I am O pos non-secretor. I have not had any nausea so far, but this other problem is equally difficult for me. I am taking flax seed caplets in addition to the prenatal vitamin prescribed by my ob/gyn, but would sure like to hear if anyone has had good results from other supplements. Thanks so much! Guest guest
Stone root compound (#1010) is an excellent ANTI post nasal drip formula, if I may say so myself. Guest guest
, Do you know where I might get ahold of the stone root compound #1010? Ans also, do you think that there is a good supplement or herb that would be especailly beneficial in addition to the prenatal vitamin? Extra calcium, or anything at all?? The first purchase I made after the ob/gyn visit was Eat right for You Baby at & Noble. But, it lists so many I don't know where to begin. Guest guest
Vit C with bioflavnoids at the beginning of the pregnancy to strengthen the vascular system. Extra calcium mainly in the last trimester when the bones are forming. More magnesium with the calcium if you get muscle cramps. FYI - The are special herbal combos to be taken in the last month to improve delivery. Post nasal I would use homeopathics specific for drainage and try to figure out what might be agravating your sinuses. The Vit C might be helpful also. Guest guest
Go here and once you get to the secure store, you will find it under " " " ABO " " friendly products. Let me know what is in your prenatal first before suggesting anything. Next time get the O prenatal - you can get it from me also at a lower price then NAP.
