Guest guest
Raw Garlic can improve your cholesterol levels.. Researchers have long known that large quantities of raw garlic can reduce harmful blood fats. Unfortunately, raw garlic can also reduce your circle of friends. Worse yet, garlic that's been " deodorized " by heat treatment loses its cholestrol-lowering effects. But now there's an odor-modified liquid garlic extract from Japan called Kyolic that seems to lower blood fats. When Law, MD of Loma University in California gave people with moderately high blood cholesterol 1 gram a day of the liquid garlic extract (equivalent in about four capsules or 1 teaspoon), their cholesterol levels fell an average of 44 points in six months.
