d - Bacterial rash?

Hi daisy,

My rash is still very much there although not nearly as pronounced

as it was on the two days I fasted. At that time it was angry red,

very raised and hot to the touch, spreading rapidly to my arms and

legs, and drive-me-crazy itchy.

It seemed that ending my short fast caused it to settle back to its

original color of pink, not discernable to touch, that is, my skin

feels smooth and is normal temp, and only visible as tiny dots

beneath the skin which itch but somewhat more modestly than before

the fast. It has also backed off from my arms and legs.

I would definitely want to know if in any way this could be a

bacterial thing. I have tended to discount that possibility as

there is no infection anywhere, and scratching doesn't make it worse

by tearing my skin or opening it up in any way.

How did your friend identify her rash as bacterial? I really wish I

knew whether to go back to fasting and just ride out the cleanse if

that is what it is. I had the rash about three weeks before I tried

the fast. In total I've had this over a month. I have used almost

every remedy suggested to me.

Thanks SO much for your willingness to help.

Pat
