Guest guest Posted March 28, 2001 Report Share Posted March 28, 2001 The cleaning didn't go well. I used lemon juice instead of grapefruit because I didn't have any. I couldn't stomache it. I tried really hard. 2 Questions: Can orange juice be substituted for the grapefruit juice? Can anyone guide me to the/a reflexology page? The link doesn't work. I'm still in a lot of pain and ibuprofen only dulls it. I need some relief so that I can take the time to do the cleansing properly.
