Guest guest
Hello Osss, Thought I put out this book I discovered at my local library. The Art of Wild Game Cooking by Eileen e and Sil Strung (both ladies are hunters from Montana). It includes big game (deer, elk, moose), birds, turkey, water fowl and fish (freshwater and salmon). Thought this would be helpful to our group. Gay Naples, Idaho p.s. my husband got a deer and has made me some wonderful jerky!!

Thank you for the suggestion! I will look for that. I have seen it...just never opened it. We have a couple cookbooks to rely on when she isn't feeling well (and she is home) but not much that I would want to serve company. (or even the whole family most the time) Thank you again! I will be looking for these! K Adrienne's Mom
