Dark Circles, Varicose Veins & Horsetail

I have some horsetail but stopped taking it because I wasn't sure if it was

okay for me to take. Varicose veins seem to run in my family too. They

don't cause problems but they don't look to good either. I notice with my

eyes if I am tired or don't feel good that seems to be my weak point. I

always get dark circles when its time for my period. Do you know anything

about horsetail? I think it is high in Silica. How did you take Silica -

in tablets or herbal form? Noel
