So have you experienced weightloss from following in this way? This seems

managable, thanks for the input.

>BREAKFAST: EGGS, OATMEAL, NATURAL SMOKED TURKEY BACON/SAUSAGE. I ALSO EAT

>DINNER LEFTOVERS (FISH, MEAT, ETC).

>SPELT PRETZELS, GOAT CHEESE, COMPLIANT CHOCOLATE (I WILL NOT GIVE IT UP).

>r & b; YES, I US BRN RICE....LOTS OF BLACK BEANS (I AM IN Miami)...seasoned

>with garlic and fresh chopped onion....cooked w/ bay leaf and hot sauce.
