Breakfast - a low-fat spelt muffin that are made fresh at my health food store with jam and flax seeds sprinkled on it. Snack (maybe) - a piece of fruit, usually pear or grapes or banana Lunch - a large salad with romaine lettuce, spanish onion, red pepper, feta cheese (sometimes), walnuts or pine nuts, usually chick peas with olive oil dressing. Snack - home made trail mix or walnuts or sometimes mozzerella cheese melted on rice crackers. Dinner - fish (sole or salmon) or roast beef, sweet potatoes, turnips, broccoli or any other vegetable that I have that is not an avoid, and a small salad. Snack - sometimes a slice of spelt raisin bread toasted with jam That is when I am being good. When I am not, you don't want to hear about it.
