I think I get enough of the raw material - have a large boneless turkey breat on the go now - but the problem is that it is difficult to get it across the BB barrier when on a low carb diet. Ann RE: 5 HTP & Rhodiola I started increasing my serotonin levels by eating lots of turkey and bananas, both high in serotonin production.
