Thanks Natasha

Your feedback is valuable - I was also concerened about the Epsom salts as do

find that when I used it in the past I feel very letathargic for a day or two

afterwards.

I guess I will stick to the O programme.

Best wishes

Re: Soaps & Shampoos & O Breakfast

I also have her book " A Cure For All Diseases " , + have you made use of the

kidney and liver cleanse that she refers to in her book?

Would it be OK to use her recommendation for cleansing even when the gall

bladder has been removed?

Would love to hear from you.

Thanks

I have a friend that has done the liver cleanse as per the Cure for all

Diseases. It it very violent for lack of a better word. I have been very

reluctant to try it because of all my other problems. You also need allot

of down time such as being able to stay in for a few days.

i didn't find anything violent about the cleanse at all...but it does

contain wormwood which is a mighty potent herb and it does have the

potential for killing everything in its path that is nasty in our

systems...it just didn't affect me violently. i found great/immense relief

in a very short course of it.

interesting how it effects all differently.

Dear Sherry

The liver cleanse I intend doing is the one from the Hulda Book THE CURE

FOR ALL DISEASES.

I will be going to India on the 15th of September for about 14 days and perhaps

should leave it until my return.

I will be going to Bangalore and then to the ashram of Sai Baba.

Glad to see you found the cleanse OK.

Best wishes

Elize

Maybe after darshan and some vubhti(sp?) or just being there will be

enough that you will not be in need of the cleanse. Hope you have a

good trip.

Thanks Steve

I do appreciate all the information we receive via you and yes I also have a

feeling that Darshan etc will take care of all the problems and that the liver

cleanse after the trip would not be necessary any more.

I find that I react to soya, dairy products, legumes, wheat etc and as I have

been eating vegetarian for such a long time - find it very difficult to

introduce fish again - tried this the last few weeks only eating fish once a

week but then find that I feel awful the following day. - Don't know how else I

can make up for the proteins thay I should have. Any idea?

For the last few years I have found that fish makes me nauseas and I have

only been able to eat Salmon poached. I had it the other night and for the

first time I felt sick and nauseas after. I will try again but I seem to

prefer the red meat. Sherry

Elize,

How exciting to be visiting Sai Baba. Please remember those of us who are of

like mind when you are with him. I would have loved to go to India 15 years

ago when I was in better physical condition. However now I am afraid it

would be too difficult. But who knows what the future will bring. For now I

am looking for tapes of the music and chants (bajins?) to help me keep in

touch. As for the fish, have you tried a different kind? Maybe what you are

eating is more of a fatty fish and a leaner fish would be easier for you to

tolerate. (I know this post was to Steve, but I also wanted to wish you well

on your journey.) I would love to hear the details if you would post them to

me privately as I know it is off topic for this list.

Thanks Pam

I do have various bajans on tape already - so do post your address as I will

send some onto you upon my return.

I will think of all of you as it has become part of my routine to first read all

the ER4YT mail.

Love to all and I will still be around until the 14th of September.

Thanks Sherry

For the meantime decided to rather just stick to my vegetarian diet as I don't

seem to tolerate any form of flesh - will just go with the flow and see where it

takes me. Will follow the O plan but exclude the meat, fish etc.

Best wishes

I know you were asking Elize but there are many web sites about and

dealing with the teachings of Sai Baba. If you want me to email you

some let me know.

Thanks Steve. As always, your help would be most appreciated. My goodness,

is there anything that you don't know about? (And that was meant in all

seriousness, not at all meaning to be hurtful or sarcastic) I am truly

impressed.

Thank you. And I do appreciate your wealth of information, even if there may

Steve,

As list manager do you have any idea when the advertising started being put

at the top rather than at the bottom. This is annoying because you have to

scroll down to find the message and if there are a lot, it adds time.

Sorry, I know this is a minor complaint, but it is annoying.
